ABOUT THE PROJECT

KChen Construction was originally engaged by the client to analyze the performance and rate of the initial Project Manager, and later, completely replaced the initial Project Manager and started to represent the client to liaise and oversee the project. As the project progressed, KChen further took on the construction management role of the project which saved client the hassle on dealing with multiple teams.
