Dunn’s

Acting as the general contractor, KChen oversaw the re-modeling and transformation of the Dunn’s Famous Restaurant in 5 weeks, a schedule that was considered to be extremely challenging prior to the commencement of the project.  Dunn’s Famous Restaurant founded in Montreal in 1927, brought its unique recipes, high quality, the deli counter and casual dining experience to Vancouver for the first time.  With floor area over 3000 sqft with 62 indoor seating and 8 outdoor patio seats, the restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, introducing to Vancouverite what Montrealer’s have been raving about for years.
