Located in the heart of Arbutus Ridge area, Ridge Dental Clinic is about 1100 sqft with the capacity of a reception area, 2 patient treatment areas, and a washroom on the first floor, with an addition of a mezzanine office on top.  The space is designed to be functional but not daunting.
