ABOUT THE PROJECT

4300 sqft single- family home located in the Arbutus Ridge area in Vancouver.  Inspired by West Coast contemporary design, the exterior details highlight a collaboration of wood, glass, and stone elements that mix and mingle with cohesiveness and balance.  This custom built makes a contemporary statement without overshadowing the look and feel of the neighborhood. The house is also a fully integrated smart home which allow home owners to remote control and monitor this beautiful house, no matter where they are!
